I believe every child communicates their needs through behavior, and my goal is to understand and meet those needs in a way that honors their authentic self. I take an individualized approach, adapting my methods based on what best supports each child. Often working from an attachment lens, I view therapy as a space to build safety, connection, and self-understanding. I meet each child where they are, helping them discover tools within themselves to navigate challenges while fostering self-acceptance, emotional regulation, and confidence. I believe therapy is most effective when caregivers are engaged in the process, and I welcome parents as active partners in supporting their child’s growth. Together, we create a foundation where children feel seen, valued, and empowered to develop the tools they need to navigate their world with confidence.
