Introduction

Now accepting new clients with immediate openings! I offer services in-person and virtually under the supervision of Kelsey Brewer, MS, LPC-S, CTTP-II. I am also a Certified Trauma Professional. As a counselor, I strive to help my clients feel comfortable and equip them with the necessary tools to navigate the challenging parts of life in a way that feels like having a cup of coffee with an old friend. I aim to create a cozy, safe environment that encourages open conversation for you to speak freely without judgment. Most of my experience has been with trauma, depression, and anxiety. However, I also work with individuals dealing with grief, life transitions, and self-esteem, among others. My approach to counseling is honest, non-judgmental, and genuine. Outside the therapy room, I have been married to my husband since 2021. Together, we have two fur babies, Cora and Dakota. I enjoy traveling, crafts, and spending time with family in my free time. If you are ready to take the next step in your mental health journey, feel free to reach out. I would love the opportunity to help you achieve your goals! Let's grab a cup of coffee and get to know each other!
