Introduction

Accepting new clients. Email me to schedule. I may be a good fit as a therapist if you are an adult who struggles with anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationship conflict, work stress, or significant life changes. Also, if you are a young adult struggling with imposter syndrome and/or identifying who you are as an adult. I specialize in working with adults who have parents or family members that are struggling with addiction, severe mental illness or suicidal attempts/ideations, who are learning to navigate that relationship and struggling with setting boundaries. My clients appreciate my understanding, warm and engaging approach. I have a passion to help others to become the best version of themselves. Therapy is a start to creating positive change in your life. Sometimes, we get stuck and need a hand in moving forward again. Let me help you get back on track and reach your goals. I would love to help you better understand yourself and live a life in alignment with your values. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist. I offer telehealth sessions for individual adults, and I have evening and weekend availability. You can text, call, or email her to schedule a first appointment. Please note that all appointment requests require approval. Once you submit a request, our office manager will review it and reach out to you via email to gather any necessary additional documents and information. Once the required documents are signed and your insurance is verified, your therapist will reach out to confirm an appointment.
