Introduction

I'm so glad you’re here! Are you or someone you know struggling with stress, divorce, life transitions, religious or childhood trauma? I recognize that finding a therapist and asking for help can be a challenge. My goal is to give you a safe space with no judgment. My job is to offer support on your journey. My passion involves meeting you where you at and making a plan together for you to move forward. I specialize in life transitions, grief, and trauma. I am trained to use EMDR, certified in religious trauma, and experienced in DBT, CBT, and ACT. You’ll find me to be empathetic, kind, culturally sensitive, nurturing, and non-judgmental. I'm available to anyone is in need of mental, emotional, or relational help. I believe you are the expert and I am here to assist you. Therapy is a completely confidential way to problem solve, let it all out, explore new ways of thinking, and learn healthy coping skills. I warmly invite you to reach out to me so we can work together to help you. I offer sliding scale to make therapy accessible to all.
