Introduction

If you are reading this, you are taking the hardest step: Looking for the right therapist and taking the time to help yourself! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been practicing as a Clinician for 10 years, with professional experience in the mental health field for 19 years. I received my Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College in Boston. Prior to this, I "temporarily" moved to Quincy, Massachusetts from a suburb outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania after my Father was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer that metastasized to his liver. I loved the city of Boston so much, I never went back. In 10 years, I have worked throughout facilities that offer care for inpatient, outpatient, partial hospitalization, long term residential, and sober living. I have not only worked as a Clinician and Group Facilitator in this field, I have worked as a Behavioral Health Executive in many leadership roles, so my resources are an added bonus if you need them. I prefer to work with adults, but enjoy and have experience working with adolescents. I have extensive experience working with families and conducting marriage/couples counseling. I specialize in working with addiction, alcoholism, trauma, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders.
