I consider it a great honor to walk beside people during challenging times in their lives. I work with people from a variety of backgrounds & presenting issues from grief & loss to trauma, relationship issues to anxiety and depression. I walk alongside clients in the therapeutic journey, offering support and compassion while also kindly challenging them when appropriate. I specialize in working with first responders & their families. I have been a part of the fire family for the past 20+ years as my husband is in the fire service. I have a great appreciation & understanding of the unique aspects of the first responder professions.
