I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor serving children and adults in North Carolina. Currently, I am scheduling sessions both in-person and virtually. I am trauma-informed and consider trauma-and-stressor-related diagnoses as my specialty. I am EMDRIA Certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as an EMDRIA Consultant in Training. I have also received extensive Play Therapy training.
