I work from a humanistic & relational perspective, where I focus on healing through a person-centered format - meaning I focus on you as an individual & adapt my treatment plans to fit your unique traits & goals. I am trained in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, & mindfulness & crisis interventions.
