A native and enrolled member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, Brooklynn earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Western Carolina University and later earned her Masters degree in Social Work at the University of New England in Maine. Her experience includes working with children aged five to seventeen and their families. She has earned this experience through work in community mental health through child outpatient services and school based mental health services. Brooklynn has her Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate certification from the North Carolina Board. Areas of Specialization include: grounding, boundaries, mindfulness, depression, trauma, anxiety, coping skills, and PTSD. Brooklynn is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and their families.
