My hope is to provide clients with a supportive and safe environment where they feel comfortable to explore and understand thoughts and feelings that may arise through life. Some of those feelings may include feeling overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, angry, or scared. There may be issues that develop in a relationship or within a family unit. It is through a trusting relationship in therapy and developing self-awareness and insight that growth can take place. Through this growth, clients start to gain a deeper understanding of how the past can impact the present so that their future can be changed in a positive and meaningful way. Throughout my experience, I have worked with a diverse group of individuals. Some of the topics discussed include, but are not limited to: addiction or substance abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and social problems. I hope that we can work together to create deep change while realizing that you do not have to feel alone.
