Introduction

I have worked with a wide variety of populations across all different settings in my 10+ years of experience in the field of Social Work. I tend to emphasize relationship building and developing a good rapport as the foundation for doing good work together. It is my belief that you are the expert on your life, and establishing a trusting, judgment-free connection allows you to get the most out of our time together. For this reason, I work from an integrative and client-centered theoretical approach. This means that I choose techniques from different theoretical frameworks based on what is most appropriate for your individual circumstances and goals, and I believe your strengths and experiences provide you with the tools needed to adapt and thrive. Together we will explore a variety of interventions to help you attain greater self-knowledge, overcome self-limiting behaviors, and to face barriers in achieving your goals.
