Introduction

Welcome! I’m Bryn, a marriage and family therapist serving engaged couples, young adults, and families with adolescents. I love working one-on-one with teens and young adults, supporting them as they navigate the challenges and life transitions of young adulthood. It is also a passion of mine to nurture and repair relational conflict occurring within families, such as between a parent and teen, or coming alongside families experiencing a recent change or loss such as divorce. In our work together I use a variety of therapeutic approaches specific to your needs and goals and I use attachment theory as a foundation that guides our work together in repairing and nurturing relationships.
