“Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.” Michael Jordan We all face obstacles in our lives. It is not the obstacles we face that define us, but how we work through those obstacles. Having coached youth sports for over 15 years Bryce has learned how to help athletes overcome the obstacles they face. He is now bringing those experiences to help people work through their day-to-day life obstacles. Bryce earned his Master's in Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Capella University and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology through Colorado Christian University. He utilizes a variety of techniques working alongside you getting through any obstacle. He often practices Gestalt formation which focuses on the whole process of action, emotion, thought, and interaction between you, your context, immediate experience and awareness in the here-and-now in order to restore balance in your life. Bryce is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and CPT trained, and Gottman Level I and level II certified for couples therapy.
