Introduction

Hi! I’m Caitlin. I am a strong believer that we are who we are because of our relationships, environment and experiences. I enjoy helping people make connections and gain insight into themselves to overcome life’s challenges. The clients I work with often start in a place where they feel stuck, misunderstood, or alone in solving their problems. I help them by breaking things down into small, manageable steps that ultimately empowers them to make change through self-love and intentional action. I work with women and couples struggling with life transitions, relationship/family issues, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and stress management by using evidenced based models with a conversational approach. I believe in the human connection between therapist and client and using humor and creativity. I believe you already have the strengths within you to overcome your struggles. I want to help you put those to use. I am hopeful that you can create a healthy and fulfilling life and I am thankful to be a part of your journey. See you soon!
