Introduction

I graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2019 with a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling. I began building my private practice at the start of 2022, while continuing to work part time in community mental health. I am licensed in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts and am also recognized as a National Certified Counselor by the National Board of Certified Counselors. I work from a psychodynamic perspective, focusing on patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviors that impact our relationships with others and ourselves, how we came to these patterns and how we can change what isn’t working. Through identifying these patterns we are able to work toward shifts that can improve our day to day lives. *LGBTQIA+ allied, kink friendly, polyamory and non-monogamy friendly* *Serving residents of Rhode Island and Massachusetts*
