Introduction

Finding a therapist can be a journey, and I’m happy that it’s brought you this far. Therapy, counseling, psychotherapy and all of its synonyms is a brave process that takes a strong will to enter into, and a level of endurance to commit and continue into the healing process. I love working with all types of people. We have so much to learn from one another. From the techies, to the artists, the stay at home parents and the educators, connection and understanding is what I hope to offer you. Currently, I only offer individual counseling to adults at this time.
