Introduction

There are many reasons why a person seeks out support from a therapist. Whatever has led you here, know that you’ve taken a great step and I am here to help. I am a licensed clinical psychologist treating adults who struggle with a variety of issues. These include depression, anxiety, unhealthy or unsatisfying relationships, coping with life transitions (e.g. college, empty nest, new parenthood, retirement, divorce, etc), grief and loss, and traumatic experiences. I also specialize in aging, parenting/caregiver stress, and older adult issues. I would describe my approach as collaborative, open, and warm. My aim is to provide you with practical and adaptable support within a nonjudgemental space to allow your growth and healing to occur. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet your individual treatment goals and needs.
