Caitlin has experience working as a missionary and a Christian leader and leading a team of missionaries overseas. This work can be difficult and thankless, it is easy to feel misunderstood by others and isolated. Caitlin helps Christian leaders, workers and missionaries to relate to God and those whom they serve in a healthy and loving way so that they can do their work for their whole life, not just a season. Caitlin has experience working with adolescents as they discover who they are in a confusing and sometimes painful world.
