Introduction

If you are a parent or caregiver who is having a difficult time finding support for your children or teens during this time, I want you to know I am here to help. I provide a warm and caring relationship where children and families can express themselves, grow independently, adjust to life's difficult circumstances and find a way to navigate relationships both in and out of the family. I specialize in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, and ego state therapy in my practice but am experienced in a variety of therapies and want to ensure children and their families feel supported in whatever therapy model is chosen. As a therapist, I acknowledge that many people have experienced trauma - something that is dangerous or scary and has overwhelmed their ability to cope. These experiences alter the way we view ourselves, others, and the world. I work with children and teens to restore their sense of hope & safety so they can move forward with their life goals. Starting therapy is the first step in a journey towards healing and it is important you trust the person you are working with. Because of this, I offer a free phone consultation to answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic process or whatever you may want to know about my practice. I look forward to hearing from you and supporting you!
