Introduction

Life can become overwhelming and at times we need someone to help us sort through things. Therapy is a very personal experience where you are able to talk and process through your own thoughts and emotions. Whether it be past issues you need help working through or current ones, therapy is a safe place to work on you. We can work with many different issues that arise. Our clinicians are trained in EMDR (Eye movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy) and Parts and Memory Therapy. These techniques work through trauma quickly to heal. We will work together to set goals and find ways to accomplish those goals through support and techniques that can be beneficial.
