Introduction

Hi, I’m Calysta, a licensed therapist based in Spokane, WA, and a proud wife and mother of two. *** I currently have a waitlist for new clients. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as an advocate with a speciality in domestic violence and sexual assault. That experience deepened my passion for helping others find their voice and navigate life’s challenges. My advocacy background drives my commitment to making sure every client feels truly heard, seen, and understood in therapy. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents, focusing on issues related to authenticity, trauma recovery, and anxiety. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, which means I believe in creating a warm, empathetic space where you can explore your emotions, experiences, and struggles at your own pace. I am passionate about trauma work, and I aim to empower my clients to reconnect with their true selves, heal from the past, and build a more authentic future. Whether you’re navigating a difficult life transition, working through past trauma, or struggling with anxiety, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey to self-discovery and healing.
