Introduction

Sometimes life can be incredibly difficult, painful and confusing, leaving us feeling distant from ourselves, and others. Whether you are experiencing overwhelming anxiety, depression, or anger, trauma responses, relationship conflicts, life transitions, or ADHD, I am here to meet you where you are, and help you navigate your emotions in a way that makes sense to you. My practice is client-centered, and built on the belief that every individual has the potential to heal, grow, and thrive when they have the necessary tools and support to do so. I am here to provide an empathetic, trauma-informed, and non-judgemental space that is conducive to exploration and healing. While I utilize parts of several theoretical frameworks (IFS, PCT, CBT, ACT, DBT, etc.), I work with my clients to develop a uniquely tailored and collaborative approach that emphasizes their individual needs, goals, and strengths. Beyond anything else, this process is about feeling comfortable with your therapist, and that is where my focus lies. You can expect my full attention, intention, and engagement at every step of this process. I'm here to support you and believe in your ability to grow. Seeking counseling is exceptionally brave, and I hope to be alongside you in your journey.
