My practice is client-centered, and built on the belief that every individual has the potential to heal, grow, and thrive when they have the necessary tools and support to do so. I am here to provide an empathetic, trauma-informed, and non-judgemental space that is conducive to exploration and healing. While I utilize parts of several theoretical frameworks (IFS, PCT, CBT, ACT, DBT, etc.), I work with my clients to develop a uniquely tailored and collaborative approach that emphasizes their individual needs, goals, and strengths. Beyond anything else, this process is about feeling comfortable with your therapist, and that is where my focus lies.
