Camila is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families on their journey to emotional well-being. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UMASS Boston and a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Simmons College. Camila began her career providing in-home therapy to children and families, delivering compassionate care in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. She later joined the Portuguese Mental Health Team at Cambridge Health Alliance, where she worked extensively with adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, acculturation, and domestic violence. Currently, Camila balances her passion for direct client care with her commitment to mentoring the next generation of clinicians. As a clinical supervisor, she fosters professional growth while maintaining her private practice, where she helps clients achieve emotional balance and personal growth through collaboration and transparency. Having immigrated from Brazil in 2000, Camila is deeply committed to serving her diverse community. She offers culturally competent, multilingual services and is dedicated to promoting mental health awareness. Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Camila creates a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
