Introduction

Therapy is a collaborative journey, and having a companion on the path of self-discovery can make the process more manageable. I feel honored to work with those who take courageous steps to address the heart of their struggles, pain, or desire for personal growth. I understand that therapy involves hard work. However, the positive changes achieved through this process can lead to a more fulfilling life. Taking a holistic approach to therapy, I emphasize the vital mind/body connection for a sense of well-being and wholeness. Using various modalities and evidence-based practices including DBT, CBT, Mindfulness, Polyvagal Theory, Sand Tray, Creative Expression, and Play therapy, I help each unique individual find their voice in a way that is comfortable for them. I specialize in working with individuals who are dealing with ADHD, executive functioning challenges, anxiety, trauma, and those who are navigating the complexities of adolescence. By fostering a safe and empathetic environment, I aim to empower my clients to achieve their personal goals and improve their overall well-being. I am an ADHD certified clinical services provider. I am also a certified Safe and Sound Protocol provider and have extensive training in trauma-informed therapy. Note: Insurance not accepted; private pay only. FSA/HSA payments accepted; can provide Superbill for out-of-network claims.
