Introduction

I have been in the field now for 15 years and have worked with a wide range that includes trauma, grief, addiction, sexual abuse, personality disorders, dissociation, depression, anxiety, grief, and so much more. My vast experience with different populations gives me the insight I need to tailor your treatment to fit your needs. Everyone has a different story so not every treatment approach works for everyone. I get to the root core beliefs and work on changing them as they are our lens of how we see ourselves. I am currently a Certified Co-Occurring Disorder Professional-Diplomate and a Certified EMDR therapist. I have been utilizing EMDR now for 8 years.
