From an early age, I’ve been drawn to creating spaces of connection and care, which ultimately inspired my journey to becoming a therapist. With a BA in Anthropology and Psychology and an MA in Counseling, I transitioned from school counseling to mental health therapy, focusing on individuals 18+. My approach integrates evidence-based practices, including ACT, Attachment Theory, IFS, and Person-Centered Theory, all grounded in a trauma-informed, anti-oppression lens. I specialize in disordered eating recovery, healing from emotionally immature parenting, and navigating life transitions, helping clients build self-trust, resilience, and alignment with their values. Together, we’ll foster healing, growth, and meaningful change tailored to your unique needs.
