Introduction

I'm Candice. I offer integrative care for individuals and partners navigating the complexities of new or longstanding medical conditions, complex trauma, or family planning challenges such as the current complexities of LGBTQIA+ family planning, navigating infertility, or processing pregnancy loss. In couples work, we work to understand where history, trauma or acute stressors have impacted connection, and build skills for communication, co-regulation, negotiation and collaboration. To support individuals in trauma processing, modalities I utilize include Brainspotting (rooted in similar theory as EMDR), IFS parts work, and guided imagery (inner terrain work). I have extensive experience supporting individuals & families impacted by chronic illness such as Lyme Disease, ME/CFS, Long COVID, Endometriosis, PCOS, PMDD or Breast Cancer. I am also well versed in supporting survivors of domestic violence or sexual trauma, as they navigate new and healthy relationship. Here, I respect the unique language of your nervous system, the wisdom that lives in your body, and support you in fostering a grounded connection to both. I meet you in this space with compassionate curiosity, and belief in your resilience. It is my top priority that this space feel safe, and like a soft spot to land after prolonged hardship or distress. Here, I welcome clients of diverse identities, neurodivergent folks, those living with disabilities, as well as clients in expansive (Polyamory or CNM) relationship structures. If this resonates, please reach out. Let's chat about your healing.
