Introduction

Hello! I am Candice, a Professional Counselor Associate with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I believe counseling is most helpful when a counselor can bear witness to you and your journey, offering support and new strategies to help you cope. I blend an integrative approach of developmental and family systems perspectives. Focusing on helping clients gain insight into themselves in order to better understand their problems. We will work towards identifying faulty patterns in life in order to find healing, while restoring healthy relationships. My clients often comment on my warm and supportive counseling style, where they feel safe to challenge themselves to explore new ideas and try out new behavior strategies. Together, in counseling with me, we will work towards uncovering the resources, strengths, and resilience that lie within you, so that you may confidently achieve your unique goals.
