Introduction

Hello there! I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and offer both a range of service; individual therapy, family therapy, and parent coaching. I also specialize in skills building and executive functioning individual therapy. I have over 8 years of work experience in the field of mental health, working in case management, long-term residential and group-home settings with adolescents. I earned my Master's degree in Social Work from Texas State University in 2018 and attended Texas A&M University for my undergraduate degree. I have worked with clients who have experienced anxiety, PTSD, executive dysfunction, depression, crisis management, substance use, self-harm, suicide ideation, sensory processing, attachment wounds and family dynamics issues. My recent work has focused on collaborating with young adult clients to make a healthy transition into adulthood. I am a Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®) Practitioner and approved trainer, which has enabled me to train more than 200 individuals using the TBRI® Framework and different models of de-escalation and crisis management. In line with the TBRI model, my approach to therapy and coaching work is to focus on building trust, empower clients to identify their needs, use their voice, and plant seeds for the future.
