Experiential methods can be a helpful alternative for people who did not get the insight or healing they were looking for through traditional talk therapy. People who have “figured out” how behavioral-based therapy works or struggle to describe their inner experience with words may benefit from a less-cognitive approach. This is where I come in! My practice offers a combination of psychodramatic role play, action methods, Somatic Experiencing, and strengths-focused therapeutic work through a trauma-informed lens. I help people gain clarity on recurring issues, stop the cycle of no-longer-helpful patterns, and reconnect with themselves and the world in a meaningful way. My therapeutic style can be described as gentle, curious, attuned, and down-to-earth.
