Hi, I’m Carlie Grandjean, a licensed mental health therapist in Ohio and a mental performance coach specializing in working with athletes. As a former collegiate lacrosse player, I know firsthand the mental challenges that come with high-level competition—self-doubt, pressure, fear of failure, and the need to perform at your best while balancing everything else in life. I started my career because I saw so many athletes struggling with their mind but not knowing where to turn for support. Now, I help athletes of all levels strengthen their mindset, build confidence, and develop skills to perform under pressure—whether it’s overcoming performance anxiety, bouncing back from mistakes, or handling the mental toll of injuries. Through virtual sessions, I provide both mental health therapy and mental performance coaching, helping athletes not only improve their game but also their overall well-being. If you’re looking to take control of your mindset and perform at your highest potential, I’d love to work with you!
