Introduction

As an existential therapist, I believe you hold the answers within you no matter what obstacles you are trying to overcome. Through a collaborative effort, I tailor our sessions around your needs and goals. Enhancing well-being through an increased sense of resiliency, optimism, and personal control, in leu of the struggles you are experiencing. I believe in supporting and challenging you in your journey of self-exploration as you discover your authentic path in life. My main focus as a therapist is to build a healthy relationship with yourself so that you can gain the tools necessary to support, nurture, and enhance your physical, spiritual, and emotional wellbeing. We collaboratively work in creating a plan that addresses the obstacles in your life, and strengthen the meaningfulness based on your authentic needs. It can be difficult reaching out in times of pain and struggle. Providing a safe supportive environment where we can build a professional relationship around mutual trust and respect is paramount in my work. We are all human beings trying to do the best we can with the life we have. I love what I do, and would love to work with you in finding your best life.
