I have been humbled to be invited into people's lives for over two decades. Assisting clients with various challenges and guiding them to find their own solutions is my ultimate goal. I believe those solutions already exist within. I have clinical training in the evidence-based practices of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
