Introduction

I have been humbled to be invited into people's lives for over two decades. Assisting clients with various challenges and guiding them to find their own solutions is my ultimate goal. I believe those solutions already exist within. I have clinical training in the evidence-based practices of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. As a Registered Play Therapist, my special interest is in play therapy with children and I'm also delighted to serve clients ranging the lifespan. Please inquire if you would like to learn more.
