Your journey towards healing and self-discovery begins today! Carly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with her Substance Abuse Counseling in training license. Carly has eight years of direct clinical experience and specializes in working with adults with co-occurring substance use and mental health concerns, trauma, anxiety and depression disorders, suicidality, self-harm and individuals facing adversity. Carly uses a variety of techniques including Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Motivational Interviewing, Gestalt Therapy and Internal Family Systems. You will be greeted with warmth and empathy during your therapeutic journey with Carly. She will walk alongside you, without judgment, while you meet your greatest potential and end cycles that no longer serve you. She recognizes that changing behaviors, beliefs and thoughts can be challenging and will meet you with patience and genuine compassion. Carly practices strength-based and trauma-informed care, while highlighting how the intersectionality of your race, gender identity, sexual orientation and socio-economic status affects your path to recovery. Carly is a social justice advocate in the community and uses a social justice informed lens to help advocate for equity and inclusion for her clients.
