Introduction

My goal is whatever you are going through, that meeting with me can instill some hope for change through collaborative and non-judgmental efforts. I get energized working with adults who are looking for support in life transitions, understanding their identity, working with the challenges of obsessive and compulsive disorder, anxiety, depression, grief, and people desiring to understand their faith and spirituality on a deeper level. I especially have a heart to work with those in ministry and church environments in order to help them maintain their own emotional health. My vision is to come alongside each client and develop a holistic, individualistic approach in order to be a resource for them in their time of need. I work from an evidence based approach including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and use an integrated, holistic, strength-focused approach to better serve each of my clients for the individuals that they are. I was born and raised here in Texas, and after living away a short while, I couldn’t wait to get back! I graduated from The University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary. I am often found outside with my husband, son, and dog, and love to explore new places! More than anything I love the work I do and feel humbled to get to be alongside of you in your story. I can’t wait to meet you and get started in your own healing journey.
