I attended Iona University where I obtained a masters degree in Mental Health Counseling. I have experience working with a variety of issues which include: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, interpersonal relationships, anger management, life transitions, and self-esteem. I believe that creating a safe, collaborative, and supportive environment is important in working towards your own healing and growth. I strive to guide my clients through self-compassion and empower them to improve their overall well-being. It is important to me that I am culturally sensitive to all my clients in order to help them feel heard and seen which is the foundation of a therapeutic relationship. I provide a non-judgmental and compassionate space for you to freely express your thoughts and emotions. My goal is to use the tools that I have learned throughout my career to best fit your specific needs. We will work together to figure out what that will be.
