This is the private practice of Dr. Carol Levett in West Coxsackie, NY. We actively help clients of all ages with their mental health and wellness challenges. We predominantly work with persons from Greene, Columbia, A Ulster, and Duchess counties, in addition with telehealth clients from around NYS.
