During these uncertain times we are currently living in, life can sometimes throw a curve ball. My experience of (20) years as a counselor, has primarily focused on children, adolescents, and adults with concerns about anxiety, depression, grief, and self-esteem. My role will be to help you reach whatever goals you may have for yourself by providing non-judgmental support and facilitating your journey in whatever form it may take. I strive to empower you and help you expand health awareness, rather than give you advice. My passion for counseling is based on my belief that each person has great value from God’s perspective. This view allows me to provide support and hope in each counseling session. My primary therapeutic method is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which examines how your beliefs and self-talk interact with your behaviors. Other therapeutic approaches include Solution Brief, Motivational, Family Systems, and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy. Knowing multiple approaches allows me to tailor therapy to fit each client.
