As of August 2022 I am now accepting new clients! You’ve tried to do this on your own for a long time but you just can’t help feeling anxious about how to move forward. It’s difficult keeping it all together; keeping everyone happy while trying to be happy yourself. Time and time again I’ve worked with high-achieving individuals who have tried to find that happy balance, but it often ended up with racing thoughts, not sleeping enough, and an overall feeling of “blah.” I have experience working with many individuals: helping them first understand themselves and creating a path of discovering their ideal life. This happens as we explore your current joys and challenges as well as uncovering your past. I believe it is extremely important to understand how your past experiences have affected you.
