Caroline Anderson, CRNP-PMH is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who primarily works with older adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and life transitions. She provides an open, down-to-earth, and sometimes even lighthearted approach to her sessions and works to meet each patient where they are. Caroline has special interests and advanced training in integrative mental health and women’s mental health throughout the lifespan- including adolescence, young adulthood, the perinatal period (including perinatal loss/grief and infertility) and menopause. Many women report that they find themselves in circumstances when their physical or mental health symptoms were dismissed, misdiagnosed, under treated, or not treated at all. Caroline is passionate about working with women who were discouraged by these experiences. Caroline's nursing career has spanned almost 20 years and all along the way, she has supported clients who have felt that they were not being heard. It is her honor to continue to be that voice for all of her patients and to hold space to truly listen and explore all of your concerns.
