Introduction

Change is difficult and opening up to someone new can feel like taking a leap of faith. I hope to foster an environment that provides room for growth, aiding you in pushing through that initial discomfort to make meaningful changes. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am trained to be the person in your life who slows down to listen. As a unique individual, I am someone who holds a lot of empathy for others and an innate desire to positively impact those I meet. I aim to be the nonjudgmental person that can hold space and the figurative mirror that allows you to gain a greater understanding of yourself and your life experiences. I enjoy working with teens and adults (individuals and couples), aiding them in processing relationship difficulties, life transitions, stress, trauma, anxiety, and/or depression.
