Hi there, and welcome! As a therapist, my passion lies in helping people reconnect with themselves and their loved ones. I see myself primarily as a guide to help you find the wisdom that already exists within you. Being trauma-informed is a core tenet of my practice along with cultural competency and aligning with Health at Every Size. As a neurodivergent person myself, I have a particular interest in working with those who identify as neurodivergent or want to explore the role neurodivergence may play in their life. I also have a passion for working with teens and adults struggling with disordered eating and body image concerns. Knowing the power of the therapeutic relationship, I highly value unconditional acceptance of my clients and cultivating a space that feels safe, trauma-informed, and comfortable for everyone. I aim to provide identity-related care using liberation and HAES frameworks. Other modalities I use include Ego State/IFS, somatics/mindfulness, DBT, and CBT. I feel honored to be the one to hold space for clients, whether they're going through a tough time or celebrating wins. I would love to meet you, and if you feel like we're a good fit, do the same for you!
