Introduction

Hello! I’m Caroline Moore, a therapist who believes in creating a collaborative, non-hierarchical space where you are the expert on your own life. I’m committed to helping you explore challenges, build resilience, and create lasting change through a compassionate and respectful therapeutic partnership. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I take an integrative approach, drawing from Solution-Focused Therapy, Positive Psychotherapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I enjoy supplementing our work together with neuroscience psychoeducation to empower you with practical tools and insights for managing mental health. I’m passionate about working with individuals facing a variety of life experiences including disabilities, neurodivergence, and chronic illness, as well as supporting those navigating faith/ideological trauma, life transitions, and the impact of technology use on mental health. Additionally, I also enjoy working with individuals who feel that their spirituality is an important part of their healing journey. With a Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University, I bring a client-centered, strengths-based approach to therapy, ensuring that our work together is tailored to your unique needs and goals. I value creating a therapeutic environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to guide the course of our sessions. If you’re ready to take the next step in your healing journey, I’d be honored to work with you. I’m here to help you create meaningful change!
