Caroline is dedicated to providing a space that is Anti-Racist, LGBTQQIAAP+ affirming, Fat Liberating, Sex Positive, and Disability Justice Oriented. Caroline is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga – Facilitator. Caroline completed her graduate studies at UNC Chapel Hill in 2017, but has been working within mental health/addiction treatment since 2013. She received her 300 hour Yoga Teacher Certification from Asheville Community Yoga - a non-profit/donation based studio in Asheville, NC. Caroline currently resides in Salt Lake City, UT - but spent 28 years in NC living in Charlotte, Greensboro, and Asheville. Caroline provides therapy and somatic work for individuals primarily in these parts of the country but is open to working with anyone who is interested in receiving healing support of many kinds.
