Dr. Carolyn Berger (she/her/hers) has over 20 years of experience in the counseling field. She has B.A. in psychology from Northwestern University, and an M.Ed., Ed.S., and Ph.D. in counseling from the University of Florida. Since starting in the profession, she has served as a mental health counselor, school counselor, supervisor, and a professor. In addition to practicing as a licensed counselor, Carolyn currently works as a teaching associate professor at the University of Minnesota in the counselor education program. Her expertise is working with clients who are navigating challenges due to anxiety, depression, identity exploration, or life transitions. While Carolyn works with all ages, she primarily sees adolescents, young adults, and parents. Carolyn enjoys spending time with her two children, friends, and family members. She loves tennis, hiking, traveling, going to the lakes, and just lounging!
