I am an interpersonal, client-centered, holistic, and systems therapist. Client struggles may have certain similarities, but no two clients or life experiences or presenting struggles are the same. Therefore, rather than adhering to one specific, counseling method, we adjust to meet the individual, couple or family needs. My special interest areas and passions have developed, over time, out of my own personal life experience and more intense areas of study.
