Introduction

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to be heard and validated, challenged and empowered - a place to show up exactly as you are. Together, we will help you develop better tools for coping with life in the present, heal wounds from the past, and release worries about the future. I offer trauma work, emotion regulation tools, and boundaries and communication skills. I also provide eating disorder maintenance, such as aftercare from inpatient or IOP.
