I have experience working with families, couples and individuals to increase understanding and achieve plans for success moving forward. If you’re having problems with your teenager, pre-teen or child, let me help. I’m a former public-school teacher with extensive experience working with school-aged children from elementary through high school. Whatever the problem may be, we can find a solution. As a therapist, I tailor your experience based on your needs and goals. I enjoy helping others find, appreciate, and love their best selves. I have a special gift for helping those who feel misunderstood and unheard. I have a solution-focused approach but also dip into narrative as I believe it is never too late to rewrite your story.
