I help high achieving and sensitive women to stop doubting themselves and start feeling grounded and confident in themselves and in their lives. Through an approach that integrates mind, body, and emotions, I specialize in helping to break the cycle of depression, anxiety, burnout, and address work-life imbalances. Together, we will create space for you to get in touch with yourself and your needs. In working with me, people find themselves having the confidence to make decisions that align with their values and lead to the desired change. I encourage growth, self-discovery, and healing through the practices of talk-therapy, EMDR, self-compassion, and values of work, mindfulness, and yoga. It is my deepest belief that we all have the innate capacity for healing, growth, and living a meaningful life.
