I have always viewed therapy as a collaboration. There has to be mutual respect and trust in order for that collaboration to be successful. It's important that you don't feel judged in that relationship and feel that you can be comfortable in who you are sharing your story with. It's a privilege when we are allowed to participate in someone's therapy journey and help them to navigate some difficult things. Building that trusting relationship is the foundation. I enjoy working with those as young as 11 and up through the lifespan. I have experience in helping others to cope with depression and anxiety, process their trauma experiences, parenting concerns, ADHD, difficulty with adjustment and life transitions, divorce and coparenting, and conflict resolution.
